Man Arrested In Morgantown For Threatening To Kill A Lot of People

"If you think Connecticut was bad ... wait till I'm finished with the people here". Police in Morgantown believe a man made that threat while staying at a homeless shelter there and now he's behind bars.
Officers arrested 26-year-old Joshua Forrest for apparently making a bunch of similar threats.

According to a criminal complaint on more than one occasion he threatened to kill a lot of people.
Forrest's bond has been set at $10-thousand.
