A Marion County man is behind bars after police said he beat up another man in an argument over $10.

The victim told police that he loaned Randy  Masters $10 a short time ago. Masters called the victim in February to come to his home so he could repay him. When the victim got to the house, there were several men there. The victim apparently told police that he felt like something was going to happen so he turned to leave. When he did that, one person hit him in the head, making him fall to the ground. Then Masters kicked him while wearing steel-toed boots. The victim had to get four staples in his head.
