A man is facing charges after apparently making threats at a homeless shelter in Morgantown.
Police say Joshua Forrest, 26, was staying at the shelter when staff members heard him say "If you thought Connecticut was bad, wait until I'm finished with the people here."
Forrest has been charged with making threats of terroristic acts.
