Man Convicted in Mon County Deputy's Death Indicted

The man convicted in the death of a Monongalia County Sheriff's Deputy was indicted Friday.  35-year-old Jerod Green was indicted for DUI third offense, fleeing while DUI, fleeing from an officer causing injury, and malicious assault on officers.
 
Jerod Green was sentenced in Pennsylvania to 25 to 50 years in prison for a third degree murder charge in the death of Sergeant Michael Todd May in February 2012.
 
May was killed when a DUI suspect, later identified as Green, intentionally rammed into his cruiser.
