On Wednesday, 5 news learned that one of two men accused of kidnapping and rapping two teenagers last month has finally been brought back to Taylor County.

The man in question is Alex Sander Orellana-Cruz. Cruz was caught by U.S. Marshals after he fled the state and made his way to Baltimore.
