Man Who Admits to Second Degree Murder Will Spend the Next 20 Years Behind Bars

A fight over a drug debt leads to murder. and now one man will spend the next 20 years behind bars after pleading guilty to that crime.

Shawn Kinser shot and killed Nicholas Allen last summer on the corner of Williams and 20th Street in Clarksburg. Kinser was originally charged with first degree murder, but previously pleaded down to second degree murder.

Investigators said he had shot and killed Nicholas Allen on the corner of Williams and 20th Street.
