Officials at Ruby Memorial Hospital said a man who had to be flown to the hospital Sunday night after apparently crashing his UTV (Utility Vehicle or side by side) is in fair condition.
Deputies said Joshua Haddix was driving his UTV on Mt. Nebo Road in the Audra area around 8:30 p.m. when he supposedly hit a mini van.
Haddix was the only one on the UTV, and no one in the van was hurt.

My apologies for the misspelled and misplaced words. This was not easy to do on a cell phone.

I am the wife of Josh Haddix and just wanted to say that the accident was absolutely not his fault. The van hit him. The van was takIng up the majorIty of the road. (Obviously if you have been to Audra here the accident took place you would know the roads are quite narrow.) He moved over all he could and the vehicle that struck him stayed in tell center of the road. Evening scene you cod tell as much by seeing the placement of the two vehicles. He is doing well although he had to have surgery immediately after arriving to the hospital. He is in a lot of pain can was upset when we seen this article. If you are unsure and have to use the word "supposedly" then perhaps you should collect more information before printing "news". And further more It Is qIIte upsettIng that the person whom hIt my husband dId not even ask If he was ok. A gentlman behInd hIm In a jeep was the one to keep hIm calm untIl medIcal help arrIved I am not sure who that person Is, but thank you very much for that. Just because a person is on an atv and in an accient does not make them at fault. He was driving the speed limit and was on his side of the road.
