Man is Behind Bars After Sexually Abusing a Family Member

A man is behind bars after he allegedly sexually assaulted a family member.
30-year-old Willard James Brown III is being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on the charges of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and sexual abuse in the first degree.
When asked about the incident, police said Williams admitted to sexually abusing a young female family member. Williams said he was drunk, and thought the young girl was his wife.
The Taylor Co.Sheriff's Department is investigating. Brown is being held on a $300,000. bail

Castration is the only sure way to fix people with this problem.......What is the hold up! People who commit these crimes cannot be rehabilitated and do NOT deserve a second chance.
