The Marion County School Board is trying to figure out what to do next, after their school bond was voted down last week.
The bond would have helped fund a new gymnasium and new commons area at North Marion High School. 5 News spoke with Superintendent Gary Price Tuesday night at the board's meeting with local school improvement councils. He told us the next step is uncertain but he expected the board to revisit the issues at North Marion at some point.
The bond failed by nearly 1,000 votes.
