Update:

Officials believe the fire started outside the home, traveled through the vents, and into the attic.

Most of the clothing and furniture in the attic was destroyed, but the fire was under control before spreading further into the home.

There were a few family members inside, but they were able to get out without any injury.

It's still unclear how the fire was started, but officials don't believe anything was suspicious. Stay with 5 News for the latest.
