Marion County Man Admitts to Selling Pills

In Marion County, one man admitted that he sold prescription pills to a confidential police informant.

As part of Eric Everhart Jr's plea deal, the judge in this case decided to waive the charges of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Everhart gave his father the money from the drug deal before officers arrested him.

Everhart will now under go a pre-sentence investigation.
