State Police in Randolph County are looking for a man who stole his mother-in-law's debit card last year and cleared out her bank account. Troopers said Shawn Paul Spurlock headed to the bank on June 1 with that woman's credit card. He didn't leave the woman any money to take care of herself or her daughter, who is his wife. Since that day, no one has heard from him.
He has two felony warrants for fraudulent use of an access device. If you have any information about Spurlock, you can call the Randolph County State Police at 304-637-0200 or your local state police barracks.
The next two people are both wanted by the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department.
31-year-old April Marie Phillips, of Morgantown, failed to appear on charges of transferring and receiving stolen property. Phillips is described as being 5'2" tall and weighs about 125 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. If you know where she is, call the sheriff's department at 304-291-7291.
That same department also needs to find Jeffrey Scott Webb. The 41-year-old is wanted for failing to appear after he violated a protective order. Webb is 5'11" tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. You should call 304-291-7291 with information on Webb's whereabouts.
A woman aired in an earlier episode of Monday's Most Wanted has been identified and arrested. Bridgeport Police charged 22-year-old Jessica Buckley with petit larceny for stealing a purse from a store in Meadowbrook Mall. She is suspected of using a credit card from inside the purse at another store. She could face more charges for this incident.
