A Monongalia County man is facing drug charges stemming from a traffic stop Tuesday in Marion County.
David Donley, 30, of Morgantown is charged with possession of cocaine, and intent to deliver.
When Marion County deputies pulled Donley over on I-79, they say he appeared to be very nervous.  A K-9 unit was called in to search his vehicle, and apparently indicated the presence of drugs.  During the search of his car, police say they found three separate plastic baggies with a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine.  Police also say they found nine codeine 60 milligram pills.
According to police, Donley admitted he was on his way to sell the cocaine to a friend in Fairmont for $100
