A Monongalia County man learned Friday he'll spend the next three years on probation for his part in a robbery and shooting last May.
Zakarya Albalawi was one of the men who busted into the Skyview Apartments and fired off six shots.
No one was hurt in the incident.
Albalawi could be thrown in jail for five years if he violates the terms of his probation.
