Morgantown Man Charged With Possession Of Child Porn

A Morgantown man is behind bars Friday night and charged with five counts of possessing child pornography.
24-year-old Randy Tate, Junior was arrested by sheriff's detectives Thursday.

According to a press release a forensic exam of Tate's cell phone was done after he was arrested for soliciting minors on-line last year.
Tate is in the North Central Regional Jail with a $250,000 bond.
