UPDATE: Taylor county sheriffs deputies believe alcohol played a part in an ATV crash that happened around 1:30 this morning.

According to the sheriff, this all started when a man who was driving that ATV pulled out in front of a deputy on Pup Rup Road, and once he knew he was being followed, he decided to speed off.

Apparently when the deputy finally caught up with him, he had already slammed into a tree on Tappan road. There is still no word on his name condition.
