Thursday on First at 5 we alerted you that one of the suspects in a decades old triple murder case had been brought back to our state from Florida. We also learned the name of a second suspect in that  case.

5 News received word Friday from the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney's Office that both men have been indicted by a grand jury.

59-year-old Eddie Jack Washington was found in Florida a few weeks ago. 64-year-old Phillip Bush was named as a second suspect on Thursday. Both of them are charged with three counts of murder in the first degree, as well as conspiracy to commit a felony.

Those three murders were committed in the Windmill Park area in August 1974. 20-year-old Guy Lester Phillips, his wife Wanda Jane Phillips, and 27-year-old Billy Ray Cobb were the three victims.
