A man said to have had a role in three murders in 1974 in Marion County was formally charged this morning.

Philip Bush is charged with three counts of first degree murder, and one county of conspiracy to commit a felony in connection with those killings in Windmill Park.

Bush, 64, pleaded not guilty to the charges.  His trial date is set for May 15.

He was not given bond since he's already serving two life sentences.

On Monday, Eddie Washington was arraigned on the same charges in connection to the crime.  He also pleaded not guilty.  His trial starts in June.
