Police Arrest Barbour County Man After Stabbing Incident

Police in Barbour County arrested a man they say apparently stabbed another man this weekend.
The victim told officers that he and 25 year-old James Cutright got into a fight, when Cutright supposedly pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the arm on Saturday night in Philippi.

Officers found Cutright a short time later, and he was arrested.
