In Randolph County, a man is accused of swiping items from a vacant church and possessing the ingredients to make meth.

Officers responded to an accident on Country Club Road in Elkins last Wednesday.

That's where they found Matthew Ray lying on the side of the road. When officers searched Ray's car, they found something they believed was taken from the church.

They also searched his home, and found more stolen items, and everything used to make meth.
