Police In Monongalia County Seeking Information About Malicious Assault

A West Virginia University student was badly hurt when someone apparently threw a glass bottle and hit him in the eye. Now police need your help finding the person who threw that bottle.
 
According to detectives with the Morgantown Police Department this incident happened on Sunday in downtown Morgantown.
 
Investigators said Christian Chirico was standing on High Street, in front of a hot dog vending stand, when he was hit in the eye with a glass bottle.
 
Police said Chirico had to be taken to the hospital for the incident.
