Police in Monongalia County are still looking for one of the two men accused of beating another man in broad daylight Tuesday.

Apparently some kind of fight happened at the intersection of Pleasant and High streets around 5:30.

Investigators told 5 News one of the men involved was beaten and then robbed, but he wasn't taken to the hospital.

Officers have already arrested 24-year-old Shawn Marple for his role in the attack.

Marple is listed as a West Virginia University student.

Detectives with the Sheriff's Department are also looking for a second person, but they wont say what he looks like.

If you saw anything give the Sheriff's Department Detective Division a call at (304) 291-7218.
