Police: Man Confesses to Sexually Assaulting a Minor

In Braxton County, a man was arrested after he supposedly confessed to sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl over the past year.
State Police say Richard Farmer, 26, admitted to the crimes after he was brought in for questioning. He's charged with six counts of third degree sexual assault.
Farmer is in the Central Regional Jail on a $60,000 bond.
