5 NEWS UPDATE (6/27):

WAJR is reporting that 27-year-old Theotis Kindell of Orlando, Florida, was first stopped by Pennsylvania State Police on I-70 in Washington, Pennsylvania  during a routine traffic stop.  As police approached the black BMW, Kindell drove off.
He is said to have fled south, down I-79 and into Monongalia County.  Pennsylvania State Police got in position to spin out the fleeing car.
The chase ended when they were able to force Kindell off the highway and pin the car between a wall and another cruiser.  WAJR is also reporting that police were forced to use a stun gun on Kindell to subdue him and take him into custody. Kindell is facing charges in both states.

A police pursuit that started in Pennsylvania Wednesday evening made its way into the Mountain State.

According to emergency officials, that pursuit started in Washington, Pennsylvania along I-70 and came to a stop at Exit 145 along I-79.

As of 11 p.m. Wednesday, there was no word why officers were in the pursuit. 5 News will update you as soon as we learn any more information.
