State Police said Margel Tenney will face more charges, in addition to the two counts of sexual assault he's already facing.
However, none of those charges have been filed just yet.
They said he'll face charges from the Amber Alert case, as well as the ongoing sexual assault investigation.
They've also released more details into what happened Tuesday night.
Troopers said Margel Tenney picked up the two girls, and then went to Hacker Valley to pick up his son, 18 year-old James Cutlip.
They went from Webster County to Belington, where Tenney traded his truck from a tan Ford Taurus.
From there, they went to the Fairmont and White Hall areas, before going to Ohio. That's when Tenney decided to head back to Buckhannon, and several hours later, troopers stopped the car near the Jane Lew exit of I-79.
Shaina Tenney told media outlets on Wednesday night that she never felt she or her baby were in danger when Margel Tenney took them from their Rock Cave home Tuesday night.
She also said she didn't even know there was an Amber Alert out for her until Wednesday morning.
7 month-old Grace Tenney, she was taken by Child Protective Services after they were found.
Margel Tenney will have a preliminary hearing on March 22nd on the charges he's already facing.

Sad story. However, maybe the authorities should be asking why a 16yo has a 7mo baby? If you do the math, she was probably only 14 when she became pregnant. In WV, 16yo is the age of consent. Unfortunately, she becomes a burden on social welfare as she obviously cant support herself and baby. Shame on her parents!
