Police in Upshur County were called to Kay's Diner in French Creek around 5:00 p.m. Sunday evening after a man showed up there and claimed he had been shot.

Robert "Pee Wee" Williams  ordered food at the diner, and then asked workers to call his sister because he had been shot.

When police got to the diner, Williams was vomiting and convulsing on the floor.

He was flown to Ruby. Officials were later able to determine Williams had shot himself in the leg six times with a BB gun.

No charges are being filed right now.
