Clarksburg investigators said that around 4 a.m. Friday,  Sydney Muller went to the home of Christopher Hart on Locust Avenue. They believe he was there to collect about $10,000 from Hart and Todd Amos from past drug deals.

When Muller went into the home, he found both men and they started screaming. Muller claims that Hart showed a handgun. That's when Muller claims he knocked it from Hart's hand and grabbed it from the floor. Muller then shot Hart in the head, then shot Amos twice. Police said he then left the house with the gun. That's when Muller ran into Freddie and Freddy Swiger who were delivering papers. He shot both of them.

Hart was taken to United Hospital Center, where he later died. The other three victims died at the scene.

Police said Muller admitted to his involvement in the drug transactions between himself, Hart and Amos. He also supposedly admitted to shooting all four men.
