Upshur County Commissioners are considering an increase to the 911 rate.
On Thursday, they decided to push back the public hearing on the issue for another week.

Originally, the hearing was set for February 14th, but now it'll be on the 21st.
They're are looking at the possibility of raising the fee from $2.65 to $4.50.
The fee hasn't been raised since 2005, and other programs in the county could be cut if this doesn't pass.
