Rep. Capito Calls in to 5 News at 5:30 to Talk Keystone Pipeline Vote

The Keystone XL Pipeline is important to our state because it could bring 20,000 new jobs  and $7 billion worth of investments. But, President Obama and some politicians feel like it poses too big of a threat to our environment to pass. 
Wednesday Congress will vote on whether or not to approve the project. Shelley Moore Capito is one of the many representatives who are expected to vote Yes and she joined 5 News at 5:30 live on the phone to tell us why this project is so important to our country and more specifically our state.
