Dave Neese, the father of Star City teenager Sklyar Neese, is trying to figure out what lead his daughter's best friend to stab her to death. However, he wasn't mixing words for the girl charged with second-degree murder
"I feel bad for your parents and I hope you rot in h**l," Neese said about 16-year-old Rachel Shoaf.
On Wednesday morning Shoaf, was charged and plead guilty to the death of Neese's only child.
"What is going on in your sick mind when you think of something like that?" Neese questioned.
Dave told 5 News Wednesday afternoon that the two were supposedly best friends, and both went to University High School together. He said he didn't see anything that would have lead him to believe that something had gone wrong between the two friends.
Neese said he was only given one reason as to what could have lead Shoaf, along with another teenager, to kill Skylar.
"They didn't like her anymore," Neese said. "That's the only response I got. I want a reason, I want some kind of reason (for this to) happen. There is no reason I don't care if you have the best reason in the world, but there's no reason (for this to happen)."

This is a very sad story! Thoughts and prayers for the family & friends of Skylar, and the family of those that were in involved in the murder, because @ least three lives are lost and ruined. Those who are responsible for Skylar's murder should spend the rest of their lives in prison.

Second Degree Murder in West Virginia carries a 10 to 40 year sentence. Under the circumstances in this case, I hope the Judge gives them the full 40 years. These girls knew from the very beginning that Skylar's body was dumped along a back road just across the PA. line. They both lied to police and to the Neese family. I also feel that others of their friends knew about the murder and kept quiet about it. Skyler's Facebook and Twitter accounts had over 100 friends listed who communicated with her daily. Not a single message was posted on her accounts after she was listed as missing. If her friends thought she was a run away , why were there no messages?

So very sad fore all the parents, but i think the ones that murdered Skylar should get the death penalty.

My heart goes out to Skylar's family. There is no reasoning that a moral person could fathom that would cause someone like Shoaf who obviously is just pure evil, to have done something like this. This girl (Shoaf) is a danger to society and should be executed for outright murder without cause. These are the most dangerous evil people...those that murder for no defensive purpose other than pure hatred/jealousy and an evil heart. And one has to wonder how she lived with that all this time. Does she even have any conscience at all? One has to wonder about this generation. There are evil wicked people in this world who do not deserve to live and we need to bring back the death penalty for these types of criminals in the state of WV. HOW MANY MORE deaths does it take Governor Tomblin?????????? What IS the unacceptable number of murders that would cause you to reconsider capital punishment in WV???????
