The Mon Valley Drug Task Force claims it busted a man in Star City on Wednesday who was allegedly planning to sell crack cocaine.

Investigators are saying they executed a search warrant at Jovaughn Penn's apartment on Wayland Street. According to police, seven prepackaged bags of crack cocaine and a wad of cash were discovered in a pair of pants which belong to Penn.

Penn was taken into custody and he's been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
