A man who used to serve as the second in command at the Monongalia County Assessor's Office is being investigated again. That's because it's believed he used the equipment there to run a private business.

This is the second time the State Ethics Commission is looking into William Perry.
In this most recent case he's said to have used equipment, employees, and resources from the assessors office for his own personal gain.
Just last year they looked into similar claims that he used his title and a county phone line to buy property from a resident. That case was thrown out because they said there wasn't any proof he did anything wrong.
