This beautiful weather we're having usually has most people ready to get outside and shed some pounds, but some people aren't doing that enough.
A recent study shows 80 percent of adults don't get enough exercise. Doctors recommend the average adult should get about two and a half hours of walking, and 15 minutes of intense aerobic activities. One woman thinks we're just too busy to exercise.
"I think everyone has too much going on with work, extracurricular activities, and children," says Jessica Seelke, Morgantown resident.
In this study only 21 percent of adults met the daily requirements for exercise. Officials say that regular physical activity has been proven to prevent heart disease, stroke, and even Type-2 Diabetes. Officials also say taking dance classes like "Zumba" is also a good way to help keep you healthy.
