Suspect Arrested in Connection with Armed Robbery Investigation

The following is a press release from the Morgantown Police Department.
 
On October 15, 2013, Officers of the Morgantown Police Department responded to a reported home invasion armed robbery that occurred at 416 Sharon Avenue. Detectives continued the investigation and were able to identify the suspect in the case as Justin Reel Chandler, 21 years of age of Martinsburg WV.
 
On November 15, 2013, CHANDLER was detained by the Star City Police Department and later arrested by Detectives of the Morgantown Police Department and charged with Armed Robbery and Grand Larceny.
 
Chandler was arraigned in Monongalia County Court and held on a $20,000.00 bond.
 
The Morgantown Police Department is committed to its goal of eliminating crime in our city.
