Suspect in Decades-Old Triple Murder Case Back in WV; Second Suspect Named

5 News has received Eddie Washington's criminal complaint which lists a man named Phillip Reese Bush as another suspect in the three execution style murders in Marion County .
 
Washington was arrested in Tampa  after police in Fairmont issued a murder warrant. The warrant was issued after authorities, including the U.S. Marshal's service, received information that identified Washington as a suspect.
 
Those three murders were committed in the Windmill Park area in August 1974. 20-year-old Guy Lester Phillips, his wife Wanda Jane Phillips, and 27-year-old Billy Ray Cobb were the three victims.

A man arrested in Florida earlier this month in connection to three execution style murders in Marion County nearly 40 years ago is back in the Mountain State.
 
59-year-old Eddie Washington is booked in North Central Regional Jail, charged with three counts of murder. Washington was arrested on February 7 in Tampa, Florida after police in Fairmont issued a murder warrant for his arrest. 
 
A statement from the U.S. Marshal's says information was recently developed identifying Washington as a suspect in the slayings. Those three murders were committed in the Windmill Park area in August 1974.
