Teenager Flown to Hospital After Being Tossed off ATV

An ATV accident in Marion County could've been a lot worse, if the teenager didn't have a helmet on.
The boy and some friends were going about 20 MPH on a road, heading to some woods, when he lost control and ran into a power pole on Waitman Willey Road.
He was thrown off his ATV and suffered a possible broken leg and head injury.
HealthNet landed in a nearby field to take him to Ruby Memorial Hospital. The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
