The man police think abducted a teenage mom and her baby last week asked for his bond to be reduced, but Upshur County Magistrate Mike Coffman denied that.

57 year-old Margel Tenney also waived his preliminary hearing on the third sexual assault charge he's facing.
Tenney is accused of having sex with an underage girl, and getting her pregnant.
He's also facing two other unrelated sexual assault charges. He'll be back in magistrate court on Friday on those charges.
