A mishap with a tractor's brakes caused a man to flip over an embankment, Friday night.

It happened around 8:00 p.m. along Chubs Run Road in Harrison County. Officials said the brakes on the tractor gave out and that caused the tractor to flip over.

The man who was on the tractor was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital. Route 20 and I-79 were shut down for a short period of time.
