For the fourth time, a trial date has been set for a Marion County woman, who's charged with the shooting death of her father. But there's a twist, her husband is set to go to trial for that same crime, on the same day.

According to the Times West Virginian, Kristyn and Michael Palmer were arrested and indicted in June of 2012 for the shooting death of Everett Earl "Eddie" Wilson in December 2011. Both Palmers are set to go to trial on April 15th.

Previous trials had been set in July and September of 2012, and in January 2013, but were continued for various reasons.

Both are charged with first-degree murder. Kristyn is also charged with 10 counts of forging and uttering checks on her late father's bank account.
