Trial Date Set for Teenager Accused of Killing Tygarts Valley High School Student

The trial date has been set for a teenager accused of stabbing another student at a Tygarts Valley High School football game in October.

The jury selection for Thomas Vas will begin on June 4th. The trial will begin right after that, and continue until June 7th.
Vas is accused of killing 17 year-old Dustin White after they got into a fight at the game. The incident occurred on on Oct. 26, 2012 about 20 minutes before a game between Tygarts Valley and Hundred High School.
His last day to plea is on May 29th.
