The trial for a man accused of killing his aunt and shooting his uncle has been continued once again in Upshur County.

Howard Clarence Jenner's attorney asked for more time to prepare his case because he was just appointed to it in June.

Jenner is accused of shooting his aunt, Beni Truax, to death in December 2011. He also apparently shot his uncle, Sherman Truax, during the incident.

In June, Jenner's attorney was removed from the case because of a conflict of interest.

Officials said no new trial has been scheduled yet.

Should get the death penalty ..... oh, oops; we're in a liberal democrat state and they don't think it's right to execute MURDERERS & rapists, but have NO problem giving unborn babies an execution sentence under a different name called abortion.
