Two Arrested for Involvement in Distribution of Controlled Substances in Harrison County

Friday, members of the Greater Harrison County Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force (GHCDTF) arrested two individuals for their involvement in the distribution of controlled substances in the Bridgeport and Clarksburg area.
William “Billy” Crayton II was arrested for 2 counts of distribution of marijuana to an undercover police officer in the Bridgeport area.  He was arrested without incident and placed on a $21,000 bond.  He was remanded to the NCRJ.
John Ramsey was arrested for 4 counts of distributing the prescription medicine Oxycodone during an undercover operation in the Clarksburg area.  Ramsey was incarcerated in the NCRJ and is pending arraignment no bond was set at the time of this release.
The GHCDTF has obtained warrants and is currently seeking several additional subjects at this time for their involvement in the distribution of prescriptions pills and heroin.
