It looks like officials with West Virginia University are gearing up to make another big purchase.
On Wednesday the university's Board of Governors approved a resolution for a $15 million purchased in Morgantown's Evansdale community.
Apparently the university is planning a second mixed-use development that'll include shops and student housing.
Last year WVU officials announced they had made a similar purchase when they made public their plans for the University Place. That project is currently underway in the Sunnyside area.
Officials with the university are expected to release more information on the project soon.
