Staying active and healthy is important - that was the message at the Family Night Health Fair at Washington Irving Middle School, Wednesday.
Students participated in Zumba, yoga, jump rope and they even used a golf simulator. Students from the anti-tobacco use group RAZE, Mothers Against Drunk Driving and representatives from the YMCA were also on hand to provide some health tips.
The guest speaker for the evening was former Florida State football player Otis Duhart. Duhart shared his life experiences with the kids to let them know that people care about their well being.
More than 50 kids took part in the event.
