Ways to Feel Less Stressed During Finals Week

If you're in college and worried about your final exams, listen up, we have a few words of advice that may keep you feeling less stressed. 

An article from the Huffington Post offers 10 easy ways for you to feel happier and a little less stressed. The first one on the list is: don't wait until the last minute and cram. However, there are some other ways to feel easy-minded that you may have never thought about.

"I will usually do yoga at the WVU Recreation Center, and that helps me feel relaxed, and meditate, and it keeps me more level-headed, says Caitlin Cooper, WVU Student.

Officials also recommend that you get plenty sleep before an exam, and also try to eat a well-balanced diet. Also. try alternating what subjects you look at during a study session. This will make sure you understand more of the material.
