Webster County Couple Arrested on Child Neglect, Meth Charges

State police in Webster County arrested a couple, who they say exposed their kids to meth.
They said 29 year-old Ora Wisner was cooking the drug at his Webster Springs home around four kids, two of which were his own.

22 year-old Coriana Christian was also arrested for allowing her two kids to be exposed to the meth Wisner was making.

Lock them up. What a pathetic couple. Obviously their 'meth' means way more to them than their children!
