Young Woman Killed In Taylor County Accident

5 News recently learned the names of the two people involved in a fatal vehicle accident that happened Wednesday night in Taylor County.

22-year-old Angela Marie Claypole was killed when the car she was driving veered off the road after 4 O'clock Wednesday along Route 119 just north of Grafton.

According to state police Claypole over corrected, and that's when the driver of a truck, Juanita Wilshire slammed into her head on.

Wilshire was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital there's still no word on her condition.

A 22-year-old woman was killed in an accident after two drivers accidentally collided in Taylor County, Wednesday.

It happened around 4:00 p.m. along Route 119 North.

According to State Police, the woman veered off the road and then overcorrected. That's when the driver of a truck accidentally slammed into her. The driver of the truck was flown by HealthNet to Ruby Memorial Hospital, but the young woman was killed.

Her name has not been released.

Officials also confirmed the roadway was shut down by the Monongalia County line on Route 119, and has since reopened.
