In Mannington, this year voters not only had to decide on who they wanted to be mayor, they were also voting to fill five city council seats.
In the mayor's race, the incumbent Bob Garcia was opposed by Jim Taylor, and the winner of that race was Jim Taylor.
In the race for Mannington city council-at-large, the winner was Charles Kolb.
In precinct number 66, Terry Starsick hoped to hold on to that seat, and she did. Starsick defeated Tenna Stacy 76 to 44.
Becky Williams is the incumbent out of precinct 67, and she ran unopposed winning that race.
In precinct 68, Larry Smith was your incumbent. He held on to the vote throughout the night and won with 34 votes.
In precinct 69, Christina Dunigan took on two challengers for her seat. The winner of the night however, ended up being Richard Stevens.
