Officials are trying to figure what caused a brand-new home in Monongalia to go up in flames on Saturday.
On Monday investigators announced they're offering thousands of dollars for any information that might point them in the right direction.
The fire started around 2:30 a.m. at the home in the Shiloh subdivision, which is off of Cheat Road.
Investigators with the State Fire Marshal's Office have labeled that fire as suspicious.
The home was for sale when it caught fire. The contractor whose selling it is offering $10,000 for any information about who set that fire. The State Fire Marshal is offering an additional $5,000 as a reward.
If you know anything, call the Arson Hotline at 1-800-233-3473.
