Charges are pending in relation to an investigation into what was thought to be a meth lab explosion in Marion County on Thursday.
Timothy Sheppard, 37, has already been arrested, facing an unrelated firearms charge. But, police told 5 News that charges are pending in connection to the meth lab investigation.
5 NEWS UPDATE (10/24 6:00 PM):
A reported math lab explosion out of Marion County has turned into a meth lab investigation. A man has been detained, and investigators are sending a meth lab team into the home.
The call originally came in as a meth lab explosion, but when deputies got to the house along Shady Lane in Fairmont they found no evidence of an explosion.
Several EMS, fire and police units responded to the scene. Stay with 5 News for the latest updates.

911 officials in Marion County say a meth lab explosion has been reported.
At this time, we don't know if anyone was hurt, but emergency services' web site is showing that at least one person is in police custody.
The explosion allegedly happened on Shady Lane in Fairmont around 4:00 Thursday afternoon. Several EMS, fire, and police units were sent to the scene.
